That’s right. Let’s karaoke for a cause–for the country that we love that came up with karaoke in the first place.
Rock Box, a new karaoke joint in Seattle, is generously donating 100% of their proceeds from rooms, food, and drink next Wednesday March 30 to the Red Cross for Japan disaster relief.
Even better, PNWJETAA will be hosting the party room from 7pm-10pm! Come sing your hearts out for a good cause. $15 for 3 hours if you RSVP! This is NOT a JETAA-exclusive party! Everyone is invited. Tell your friends (that are 21 and older).
Space is limited (current max is at 45), so RSVP to vicepresident [atto] pnwjetaa[dotto]org today!
Details one more time:
Date: Wed. March 30
Time: 7pm – 10pm
Place: Rock Box on Capitol Hill
1603 Nagle Place, Seattle, WA 98122
www.rockboxseattle.com
Cost: $15 if you RSVP, $25 at the door
And you must be 21 or over, it’s a bar, after all.
RSVP BY MARCH 30, 12PM to vicepresident [atto] pnwjetaa[dotto]org (Subject line: Sing for Japan!)
If you’d rather organize a small group, we’ll miss you, but feel free! Rock Box will still donate. Just call them at (206) 302-7625 to make arrangements, and tell them you heard about it from PNWJETAA.
See you there!
