PNWJETAA 2022 SEPTEMBER HAPPY HOUR

Let’s kick off the new Autumn season with some of the best imported Japanese sake in town! Sake Nomi is a great place that serves premium Japanese sake and shochu. So before all the holiday madness starts please come join us for a drink or two, they may even have a few Hiyaoroshi sake on their shelves left! Alumni of all generations are welcome to join! Sake Nomi does not serve food so please grab a snack before coming. A group of us will be doing dinner after the event across the street at Senor Carbon (Peruvian Cuisine).

Hiya-oroshi (冷やおろし) sake is sake that has been aged and stored during summer and only goes through pasteurization once. This allows it to have that fruity and refreshing aroma. This type of sake is also very limited and usually available from September to November.
