Biography
In 1936, FUJIFILM launched its healthcare business with X-ray film. The goal back then was the same as it is now: Improve outcomes for patient care. In 2012, Sonosite became a wholly owned subsidiary of FUJIFILM and joined the visionary healthcare companies that make up the Fujifilm Healthcare portfolio. As the originators and pioneers of point-of-care ultrasound, our purpose is as clear as one of our images: To enable clinicians and healthcare systems to continuously improve patient outcomes at the point of care by advancing imaging solutions.
Biography
I’ve been the assistant manager at the Hyogo Business & Cultural Center (HBCC) since 2019. HBCC is committed to the continued development of the sister-state relationship between Washington State and Hyogo Prefecture by promoting governmental, business, cultural, and educational collaboration between the two regions. We build connections between Washington and Hyogo by supporting Japanese language education, offering cultural workshops, assisting student and teacher exchanges, providing business development services, and supporting sister-city relationships between Washington and Hyogo cities.
